Using Wondrical

You must be 18 or over to have a Wondrical account. Keep your sign-in email secure — anyone with access to your inbox can use your sign-in links. You're responsible for what you do on Wondrical.

Being decent

Wondrical exists so real people can share real experience safely and generously. Don't harass, deceive, impersonate, or abuse other people. Don't post content that's unlawful, hateful, or harmful. We can remove content, suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

Your content

What you share on Wondrical stays yours. By sharing it here, you give us the permission we need to host, store, process and display it so the service works. We don't take ownership of your ideas or your identity.

Honesty about experience

Wondrical shares personal experience and user-generated content. It should not automatically be treated as medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Unless we say a credential has been verified, it hasn't.

Live rooms and recording

Live rooms are host-led: audience cameras and microphones are off by default. Recording or publishing anyone requires their separate, explicit consent — joining Wondrical is never consent to be recorded.

The service

Wondrical is provided as it is, and while we work hard to keep it available and safe, we can't promise it will always be perfect or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Changes and endings

We may update these terms; if a change matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect. You can close your account at any time by contacting [PUBLIC CONTACT EMAIL TO CONFIRM — e.g. hello@wondrical.co.uk]. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
